them into digital CD-ROMS (R) that governing authorities accept as
"conforming to the original". When working with current files, our
turn around is as fast as needed. If you need to access any file while
it is in our facility, our staff will retrieve the information on
demand.
Document Retrieval:
Can be performed with your current Document Management retrieval system or with a standard PDF or Tif viewer. If Database retrieval or multiple indexing retrieval is desired than the WSP viewer allows you to view, magnify or reduce any document
image. Your staff can print, fax or e-mail electronic images as if
they were the original documents without leaving their workstations.
The WSP indexing capability allows your stored data to be mined thus
greatly enhancing its value to your company.
Document Disaster Recovery:
Once your documents have been converted to digital images they are
fully recoverable. Should any disaster occur at either your office or
storage location you have complete backup of all of your paper
documents.
Our "triple backup" assures that all your information is accessible
within hours instead of days, weeks, months or not at all. Our clients
